On the 7th and 8th of May 2024, a training event was conducted for the employees Datajasa Plus Sdn Bhd. Attended by 19 enthusiastic participants, the training aimed to help participants understand the hazards and risks of working at heights and how to prevent falling accidents. From practical demonstrations to in-depth discussions, participants delved into the intricacies of safety protocols and best practices, ensuring a safer workplace for all.
The training was conducted by Marvin, a seasoned expert boasting over two decades of experience in sculpting and executing management systems across diverse industries including electronics, plantation, food manufacturing, oil and gas, education, and construction sectors.

At the end of the training, participants were required to sit for theory and practical assessments, which included multiple-choice questions and skill demonstrations. Upon completion of this program, the participants were able to:
Describe the responsibilities of both employers and employees in upholding Occupational Safety and Health (OSH) standards within the workplace.
Implement Work at Height (WAH) principles with finesse, ensuring safety and security on elevated worksites.
Discern and mitigate hazards associated with working at heights, fostering an environment of vigilance and proactive risk management.
