Glamping Days: A Lesson in Teamwork, Respect, Professionalism and Integrity.

Datajasa Plus conducted Team Building activities at Enchant Retreat & Glamping in Telok Melano from 23rd to 24th May 2025. The two-day event, led by our expert trainer Coach Ariff Azahari. Involved 40 staff members and taught core values like teamwork, respect, professionalism and integrity. The activities fostered trust, respect, camaraderie, and loyalty, promoting a positive work environment and identifying leadership qualities and potential areas for development.

Mutual trust and respect are fostered among participants in these activities. Teamwork and coordination are essential for activities such as outdoor challenges, group projects, or problem-solving exercises. These experiences contribute to the cultivation of a positive work environment by fostering a sense of camaraderie and loyalty among members. A good team also boosts morale and makes everyone feel valued. When team members support each other, productivity increases, and challenges become easier to solve.
