Empowering Success: Strategic Mapping and Balanced Scorecard Training

On October 2nd, 2024, Datajasa Plus organized a comprehensive training session titled “Introduction to Strategic Maps Using KPI and Balanced Scorecard” at Ktizo Workspace, Kuching. Led by expert trainer Sam Sugunasingam, the two-day workshop ran from 8:00 am to 4:30 pm and participated by 25 staff members. This event focused on the importance of strategic mapping, key performance indicators (KPIs), and Balanced Scorecards in aligning business activities with organizational goals.

Participants gained insights into developing a Strategic Map, linking it to the Balanced Scorecard, and using KPIs effectively. The training emphasized how these tools enhance organizational focus, enable informed decision-making, and improve resource allocation. Through a mix of presentations, discussions, and case studies, attendees learned practical skills to assess both team and individual performance against strategic objectives.

By the end of the workshop, staff were equipped with practical skills to design and implement performance assessments, benefiting Datajasa Plus by aligning team activities with broader company goals.
